A Dreamy Garden Wedding at Ravinia Green for Maggie & Matthew
We were absolutely thrilled to provide the floral design for Maggie and Matthew’s stunning wedding at the elegant Ravinia Green Country Club. Their day was a true celebration, infused with a soft, romantic, and beautifully “gardeny” vibe that flowed seamlessly from the ceremony to the final dance.
The Bridal Bouquet: A Garden Masterpiece
Maggie’s personal bouquet was a gorgeous cascade of white and pale blue tones, embodying classic romance with a fresh, airy feel. This exquisite arrangement featured:
Classic Whites: White roses and delicate white ranunculus.
Airy Textures: The timeless charm of baby’s breath.
Soft Blues: The elegant height of light blue delphinium.
Lush Greens: A mix of Italian ruscus and fragrant eucalyptus.
The Bridal Party & Ceremony Accents
The beautiful bridal party complemented the aesthetic perfectly. Maggie’s bridesmaids were dressed in soft Mist by Dessy, carrying bouquets that echoed the bride’s theme, featuring white roses, baby’s breath, light blue delphinium, and eucalyptus.
The ceremony took place under Ravinia Green’s gorgeous pergola, which we adorned with a breathtaking centerpiece arrangement. This showstopper featured:
White and light blue hydrangeas for volume and softness.
White roses and light blue delphinium for color and texture.
Pops of baby’s breath, Italian ruscus, and eucalyptus to tie it all together.
Floral Repurpose Tip! After the ceremony, this incredible pergola arrangement was repurposed as the stunning backdrop for the sweetheart table at the reception—a perfect way to get double the impact!
The Reception: Elegant Table Decor
For the reception, every guest table glowed with elevated floral cylinders. Each centerpiece was arranged in a 5-inch glass cylinder, featuring the same romantic mix of flowers as the ceremony:
White and light blue hydrangeas
White roses
Light blue delphinium
Baby’s breath, Italian ruscus, and eucalyptus
Finally, we also provided a beautiful arrangement featuring this signature floral mix for the base of their welcome sign, ensuring a cohesive and beautiful floral greeting for all of their guests.
